“A very nice Chase branch. The staff are professional, courteous, and friendly. This branch is not as crammed and not as crowded as the one in downtown Redlands, it feels there's quite a bit more light and air here. There's a drive-through. There's an ATM inside that can handle large transactions (I was told up to $3,000) and offers a variety of bills, not only the typical $20's.”

I’d already researched several places earlier in the week, so had some background and expectations when I arrived. Pam met me at the gate, took me on a tour as she walked me to the storage unit I later rented. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility, but even more with Pam’s patient, organized, and thorough orientation program. You learn exactly what you need to know and exactly what they expect of their renters. I was impressed with how well Pam & Del manage this facility. I’ll recommend it to others as well.”
