I’d already researched several places earlier in the week, so had some background and expectations when I arrived. Pam met me at the gate, took me on a tour as she walked me to the storage unit I later rented. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility, but even more with Pam’s patient, organized, and thorough orientation program.
