“Update: ( originally have them 3 stars but I've given them 5 stars cuz the husband came fixed my dryer the next day. They communicated with me very well.) They are nice couple. Delivery was fast. The husband set it up easily. Mybson and I bought financed a washer dryer set. They said it was new. Washer works great but dryer does not blow hot air. Have had it for 2 weeks now. I haven't attempted to call to ask to get it repaired or replaced yet....now reading some of the reviews I'm scared that I'm going to get the run around ????????. Hopefully this will not be the case as I really liked the couple and thought I was helping the community and my wallet by buying from a small mom and pop shop instead of buying from Sears or home Depot. I hope I don't regret my choice of doing business with this store or these people. Cross my fingers they are good business people and will come fix my dryer without any issues. I'll update my review later after I've made contact ????”

“Our home was built in the 50's, so until we can afford a complete re pipe it's not easy finding parts for plumbing issues that pop up. Tbh a very kind worker at Home Depot sent me to this Ace Hardware for a recently discontinued part for our shower. Not only did they have it, but I was able to get a few other things that we'd given up on. I like that the employees are friendly, down to earth, patient, and very knowledgeable. Thank you for helping this soon to be great grandmother, your hardware store will be my first stop from now on.”
