The pool is Always immaculaten! along with the spa and showers, Londry room, Always very Clean! Along with Excellent Big washer & Dryer! + clean folding table for your convenience! Indoor spa is a Wonderful place to Relax after a Long hard Day... with very powerful Jets! This park is #1 on my list! With Lots of Good Rules too! That's why this park runs like a very well kept! Very Clean! Manufactured, mobile home Establishment! No Trash, or Junk Anywhere! All modular or Double to Triple wide mobile homes are nicely painted with Beautiful landscape! Very nice Nabors, always cheerful and friendly! At first I said, "No Way! would I ever consider raising my son in a, "Trailer park!" ???? BUT then I noticed how well the managers ran the park, and maintenance maintain the grounds! Along with, "LOTS OF RULES!" to weed out the tipical, "trailer Trash" people...???? And I said WOW!! This is NOTHING like I imagine!!! So I want to give a special Thanks! To the Wonderful Management, and Hard working Maintenance Man, of The Bel Air Mobile Estates! for keeping and maintaining the #1 BEST! Modular/Mobile Home Establishment I've Ever Seen! “Apple's and berries with a rough road. This historical area has to do with the early days of roads to the mountain. The McHaney brothers, James and William built a cabin on Deer Creek in 1876. Later the site of Clark's Ranch. The well-beaten foot path for miners and anglers passed this area in the very early days of mountain exploration. Hiram Clark of Clark's Ranch and 13 Redlands business men incorporated the Bear Valley Redlands toll road company. Clark homesteaded 160 acres in 1892 at the cabin built by the McHaney brothers and stayed for many years. This site is located on the north slope of the Santa Ana Canyon, about 3 miles west of Seven Oaks.”

“I stayed here for two nights. I had went by this place a million times and never really thought anything about it really. I was put up here because I was in need of help in my current situation. Angela Pasco Ortez helped me out when I really needed someone. The couple that runs the hotel are amazing. The wife is so sweet and caring and her husband is such a perfect gentleman and he keeps the place running like a top with the help of his lovely wife. I would highly recommend this place. If your looking for a very reasonable and clean place to stay I would recommend you give them a try. You wont regret it.”

“It's nice a secluded and it's very peaceful at night and what I love about it we can step outside and see the lights of the city and the stars in the sky and I love to look at the stars if I only had a telescope I can look at them better but I'll get one someday that's on my bucket list thanks to Terra Bella Mobile Home Park I can see the stars clearly at night and just gaze just looking into the sky”

“An adventure just getting here, about a mile of dirt roads to get to Hanna Flats from the main road. A beautiful campsite with very large spots to camp at. Hiking trails that lead into a wonderland of site seeing adventures. Plenty of wood lying around for your campfire. Clean bathrooms and fresh water for you to use to clean up and please make sure to put your campfire out before leaving your spot. The Rangers are very friendly and helpful and you can purchase firewood on site. A marvelous safe place for the whole family. I camped out with my grandson and he totally loved it and wanted to know when would we be back.”
