“Recently renovated hotel. I’ve stayed here twice without a problem Very comfortable and accommodating staff They have a clothes iron that doubles as a toaster. Some people stay here when racing at the Woodbridge invitational. The hotel has a pool, hot tub, and weight room. The only problem is there are no restaurants near by.”

“Sierra View Mobile Estate Park is a hidden gem in Phelan. It is a smaller, senior, mobile home park, and it is always very quiet. My father-in-law recently moved into the community, and we were happy to hear that all of his neighbors are friendly. There are neat little areas throughout the property that are maintained by both the managers and the residents. One area is "The Park in the Park," and there's a table and bench and chairs for people to congregate. It's right outside their clubhouse that offers bingo once a week, and on the other side is an indoor pool. The roof over the pool could definitely use some love, but for the low slip fees, I somewhat understand why there is minimal upkeep to the grounds. So far it's been fun exploring Sierra View and it's immediate outskirts, and I look forward to future visits.”

“This motel is conveniently located just off the 60 freeway and is surprisingly quiet considering the motel's popularity and everything around it. The motel is tucked into a tight spot between McDonald's and Denny's which can be a perk if you want to grab an quick meal. Starbucks and Taco Bell are also within walking distance. Good rates and large comfortable rooms add to the location as reasons for choosing this particular property. It should be noted, that the hotel is overdue for a major renovation of rooms and furnishings. Service is good, the rooms are clean and their rates are good so it is a good choice if you can overlook the tired appearance.”

They're a short distance from an outdoor market and shopping centers. Gates are closed in the evening, accessible by the residents with a gate code. “I called about any rental units available and told there was no sub-leasing , was also informed about some mobile homes for sale and was told I can come and see them and if owners are there can talk to them...Manager was surprisingly very friendly and very professional and respectful, its a smaller park and very, affordable rent....I went to go see space #30....owner is outrages and the owner is an idiot, he's asking around 60,000$ for something that's worth 28-30,000....It's a good park a bit small but management makes a HUGE difference.....thank you .Mr Ramos”
