“I think these are new lunch menu. Last week, I only ate chicken teriyaki and beef teriyaki bowl at this restaurant, so I ordered all the rest of the menu this time. These were really good!!! The yellow curry is great and the orange chicken is one of the best I've had. I had to take one star off due to service, some of the servers are very polite and attentive while others are not. “I tried these tamales and they were ok. I had the the beef tamales and the chicken tamales this time. I would have to say that the chicken tamales were the ones that were the most flavorful. They had the right amount of spiciness and leave you wanting more. Now the beef tamales just didn't seem to have much flavor at all. I was told these were not spicy but the meat could use something else to give them more flavor. Both of them were a good size but they could use more meat if you ask me. UPDATE - Ok, to be fare, I have to mention that I finished the rest of the tamales I purchased and I must say that those were better than the first ones I had. Looks like the only problem is that the first ones had very little meat and the ones I had after were filled much better. So consistency seems to be what will fix the issues I came across, including the flavor. Better balance brings it all together.”

“Finally had a chance to dine at our “new” local Norm’s Restaurant. We use to have to travel to dine at Norm’s in the past. This Norm’s is beautiful inside and out. They are busy, staff was kind and courteous, same great menu many delicious choices to choose from. I met friends for lunch and decided to have The Chef’s Sampler Platter and a side salad. It was so delicious a good portion of different items. We plan to make our local Norm’s Restaurant to be a regular dining spot for us.”

“Fun place to come watch sports, especially football on Sunday’s. Service was quick and food came out timely. Restroom is very old and outdated compared to the rest of the building and could definitely be remodeled to match, it looks a little like it’s from the 80’s. My only two downsides were my fries weren’t super hot when they came out, no one likes cold fries. Also, the nachos could use REAL shredded cheese instead of canned nacho cheese, especially for the price. I do like the refill station for soda instead of waiting for a server to attend to my empty glass. I would come again!”

“Restaurant background. Family owned restaurant and operated by family members. there is no other franchised restaurant in the different locations. Mainly serve Taiwanese cuisines and drinks. Signature items: Beef soup noodles and Taiwanese bento (lunch box). Very authentic Taiwanese food. Best beef soup noodles in Chino Hills area. I highly recommend this place to people who would like to try authentic Taiwanese foods. Braided pork rice is another signature items too. Unfortunately, they only open till 3 pm and last call is about 2:30 pm. The beef soup noodle comes with two to three big chunks of beef. Beef are very juicy and tender. You can choose two types of noodle, thin noodle or flat noodles. Mild spicy is good for the first time. The interesting thing is that they put roman lettuces, but that works finel to me. Braised pork rice or braised pork chop rice are my favorite too. well balance, not too salty or too sweet. pork chop is well braised and tender as well.”

They were apologizing for shorter delays shorter than most restaurants would even have. Second, the food is awesome! This Alberto's is next to a movie theater so I would assume it can get busy. When I was their it wasn't, with just one other person having lunch. “Long wait, decent food, great servers. The servers kind of saved the whole meal and night. Things were pretty messy, as in tables that needed to be cleaned up and they were out of a lot of beers on tap. One pitcher of beer we did try was flat. After 4-5 tries of the waitress checking with the bar and coming back to tell us they were out, we finally ended with with Michelob Ultra. Not my favorite, but the table didn’t care at that point. Maybe short staffed? Definitely a place you would come back in a pinch, especially for the price but an hour wait for a table on a Monday night was a bit much. Once we were finally seated the food came and came and came, so all good there. For under $30 a person, it’s definitely worth a try. They also have take out options!”

“So I got home and my order was slightly incorrect. They had everything correct except for the fact that I ordered beef and I receive chicken. Normally that wouldn't be a big deal, but I hate chicken, chicken grosses me out because they're such filthy animals but anyway, point being I called and let them know, I talked to a young lady named Alexis and she was incredibly helpful and they took care of fixing my order for me, and were also on top of everything when I came to pick it up. They have the exact number of sauces I wanted and everything. Sure mistakes can happen anywhere, that's just a fact of life, but it was refreshing to see a restaurant and also an employee be so courteous and helpful in fixing that mistake. I firmly believe this employee Alexis who I've never met before, is probably a real asset to this company. And it was really nice to see them take care of thanks”
