I am only giving 4 stars because camp grounds are not even and it's little difficult to find flat ground for setting up tents. Over all very happy with our experience. “A nice, quiet, and totally amazing place to stay. The representative-Ray was very kind, experienced and helpful. We stayed there 1 night but definitely will come back. A very reasonable price for a day or more stay. Ray was very accommodating and understanding, checking all the appliances.The place itself is very clean, next to a wooded area about half a mile away from the main road. At night, it was quiet and incredibly relaxing. They have heat which we didn’t use as the blanket was very warm and cozy. They do have a fully stacked kitchen, so all you need to bring is a few groceries if cooking in is what you want. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and I will definitely be returning here on my next visit to Big Bear! Thank you, Ray.”

“This has been one of the better Best Buy locations that I've interacted with. I went in to purchase a laptop and the sales person was very knowledgeable. They listened to all of my needs that I'd be using the laptop for, and even found a previous floor model that was almost half off but still met all of my needs. I was really happy with the purchase, but something seemed to fail with the laptop after a few weeks, so I went back in to return it and the manager approved a return even though it was a few days past their 15 day return window. “Call Adam first!!! He is a great guy. Skilled at what he does and totally honest. Very trustworthy and a great communicator. He went out to do some work on my cabin when the water heater went out. He noticed water in the pan and thought it was leaking. He lit it, and went back later to see that it dried up, and it was just the wind and water. I am not there, and a lesser man could have taken advantage of me for this. I am happy there are people with integrity like Adam in this world, who care about the customer and are honest and dependable.”
