“I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Mike and Carrie are the best. Mike takes his time and does the work supper thoroughly, I have tried one other place DTLA, and I can feel the difference. Mike will take time and clean and make sure everything is right. He may not give you the fanciest haircut, but it's just perfect. Carrie as well is always accommodating, I wish Mike had some help so they could take more clients. Prices are very reasonable and upfront, unlike many places where they will tell you after you see them. This way, you know it's fair, no hiding. I will continue coming here for as long as they provide their service. Its my 2nd yr with them.”

I gave 4 stars because there are a few things that could have been worked on to establish confidence in my experience. Surgery was successful. Dr. Kim has a calm and lighthearted demeanor. There was no pressure to have an invasive surgery, and options were discussed. I had to be assertive and follow up with the office at first, but right before surgery, there was more followup from the staff towards my procedure. My concern was minimal post operation guidance. This was my first foot surgery and I was hoping for a more detailed experience from start to finish.”

It also super clean both inside and outside dining. The servers are good and fast considering we dined in at 12 noon. Granted there were not a lot of people dining in (like 5 total). They even served our food to our table which was unexpected. Good unexpected. The staff were nice as well. Definitely coming back”
