The online booking was smooth, the reminder emails helped, the extra blankets/goggles/gloves that were provided by Ben the owner were appreciated and the GPS navigation was great as a 1st time off road driver. What really stood out was the customer service as we somehow snuck onto the rental calendar for December 31st but Ben did not cancel our reservation. Much appreciated and much respect.
