Breathe Degrees

I love this place!! The yoga instructors are AMAZING! The space itself is always clean. It’s a wonderful studio. (I do wish the cold plunge/hot tub didn’t have chlorine chemicals in them- it seems counterproductive to immerse yourself in toxins when trying to detox but I understand the necessity). All in all…it’s a fantastic place!!

I love Breathe Degrees! I did the one week trial membership, and I loved it. I have sore knees and back, and the cold plunge really helped them feel better. I also loved the yoga and breathwork classes. What an amazing experience, something I have never experienced before. I'm definitely hooked!

One of the best ‘newish’ health & wellness businesses in San Diego. If you haven’t tried Breathe Degrees yet you must. Whether you are an athlete, or have ailments, stress, improve sleep, daily life, or just want to see what hype of cold plunge is about. Go!
Everyone there from the front desk, to the Breathe work trainers to the cleaning staff is amazing and helpful. Take the plunge you won’t regret it!

Very clean and professional staff. I’ve been doing the sauna and cold plunge and it’s been empowering. I feel like the sauna lets me sweat everything out and the plunge after invigorates me. Feeling like I need this in my life always!
