  This is the best workout around! If you haven't tried, you MUST! ANYONE can do this because the coaches are amazing and offer modifications. Its high intensity but low impact, so truly sustainable. The cycles keep it interesting and challenging. I love the community and the workouts and can't recommend it highly enough!

  This place is great. The workouts are super relevant and functional. Lots of functional movements for strength and agility. They also have a great cardio portion to the classes. Also, I haven't done the same workout twice yet...they are always mixing it up. And the coaches are top notch. Highly recommend.

  From the moment I walked into the studio for the first time, I could tell this was exactly what I was looking for on my journey to better health. The owners, coaches and staff are genuinely interested in helping you achieve your fitness goals. The classes are varied to provide strength, cardio and agility workouts. The coaches are motivating and pay attention to each person in the class. For one hour a day I am able to focus solely on my fitness and that is a gift. I leave the studio feeling both exhausted and refreshed. I truly look forward to my workouts and I have never felt that way anywhere else.

  Eat the Frog has been instrumental in my journey back to fitness. The group classes combined with the one on one coaching is a perfect model for me. The best part is the coaching staff - they are motivational, inspirational, empathetic, and absolute beasts! The owners have created a fun and supportive fitness community. I look forward to my workouts.

  I LOVE Eat the Frog!!! I moved from the East Coast a few months back and was on the search for the best fitness fit for me. I immediately felt welcomed by the full team and the members and love the program. It's a fun workout with great results and they are constantly mixing it up so you never have the same workout. They have a pretty cool science behind it all. The program can be adapted for people at all fitness levels. I look forward to going to class everyday. The owners, management and coaches are all amazing!!
