  I had to bring my wife this time so she could smell the lovely fresh bread for herself. We bought another incredible focaccia flatbread and enjoyed our ham & cheese baguette sandwiches while we chatted to Clinton Prager. Some people like to bake nice bread. These guys LOVE to bake beautiful bread !

  Fantastic baguette from a great find in Carlsbad! So moist and chewy on the inside and crusty on the outside. The bread spoke for itself and need no help from any condiment. However, I would love to have butter to slather it on to kick it up a notch. :-)
  
  I wish this place is right in our neighborhood up in the Northwest, but knowing it’s here will make me smile every time I visit.

  Best bread in town.
  There are a lot of good bakeries but there is something special about Prager bros.
  My wife says the bread is less salty.
  It’s all good, natural, wholesome and delicious.
  The cookies are dangerously good.
  I now grab a veggie sandwich when I stop by after trying it once.
  Good stuff. They take plastic at their storefront.

  They have old style sourdough breads, flat breads, croissant, and sandwiches (European style, in my opinion), I tried one of every kind while visiting 3 days in a row. I am very satisfied. People are super friendly here.
