Fantastic... Needed a workout that is low impact and high cardio. And voila. Not only is Bikram hot yoga a great workout but you get all types of health benefits and I believe it is the fountain of youth.

Phenomenal studio and owner! I was traveling and stopped in for a couple of sessions and felt very welcomed. I’ve practiced at many different studios, but this is by far my favorite. There is actually a sense of community here, like the name suggests. Thank you!

Amazing positive vibe in here! Candace is just all happiness and kindness. Room is very spacious and clean. I love the steam too. Fitting room and shower are out to the balcony, but they made it private and cozy. I appreciate theres balcony to dry and rest my mat too! I will certainly come back to this studio.
