“I had brought my VW into a shop down the street (won’t mention any names ) for a small oil leak. They came back with a laundry list of problems , with an estimate well over 10k … thank God i decided to check out Hugo’s for a second opinion. It turns out that literally NONE of the issues that the other shop pointed out were causing the problem, and all were unnecessary to fix. Hugo’s mechanics found the real issue (oil pan) and completed the repair , plus a sensor for less than 1/10th of the price. They definitely won my business for all car repairs for myself and entire family. Thanks again!”

“My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here, and left feeling so blissed out and loved on. The minimalist, modern design was stunning and made everything feel extra clean and calming. Not as many facilities as some other resort spas in San Diego but the atmosphere, incredible services, and kind, highly skilled staff far surpassed my experiences elsewhere. I had the hot stone massage which was so soothing and made extra special with details like selecting my oil scent and stepping into a warmed robe at the end of the service. We also went to the restaurant, VAGA--highly recommend for brunch/dinner/drinks before or after your spa day.”

“I really wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars, but as time passed and going through the different courses of our dinner, it went a bit downhill. First, on a positive note: this restaurant is really chic with a beautiful view of the ocean and friendly staff. Appetizers and drinks were good enough to keep them at 5 stars. However, main dishes started to make this questionable. Scallops were great but the rest were so-so. While the dishes were well plated and colorful, synergy between the ingredients was missing! The deal breaker was the dessert!!! Again, well presented but man it was bad. It’s really hard to get a dessert this bad. The chocolate desert was bland and the tres leches was BAD (how could you?!). This restaurant definitely has potential but they need to rethink their menu with food that deserves the great ambience. Maybe next time will limit our visit to just drinks and appetizers ;)”

“Enjoyed this casual restaurant. There are QR codes at each table and you simply scan, order and pay on your phone. Service is friendly and efficient. I tried the smashed salmon and broccoli. Enjoyed both- they had nice flavors but a bit too much oil for my liking. My partner had the brisket and Brussels sprouts. He absolutely loved both. Not too many vegan options. Some indoor and outdoor seating”

We were introduced to Brad Seaman and possibly had the easiest home buying experience I have ever heard of. Brad and his team were INCREDIBLE. “In early June, just prior to departing our short term rental, the 42" x 42" glass table top broke. The next morning we called Leucadia Glass and told them of our plight. Since we were leaving the next morning, we needed a new glass top that day. By 3pm, we had a new piece of glass, identical to the original. Our thanks and great appreciation to Leucadia Glass for saving our butt. The team at Leucadia was great to work with, pricing was reasonable especially for a super rush job, and we would certainly use them again.”

“After several conversations with several dealers, I made my choice and choose EZ Cars 101. I contacted the dealer and received a prompt reply from the owner Robert. He was knowledgable, friendly and a good communicator. I felt confident that if their was a deal to be made this would be the place. I had several questions about the vehicle and he was always on point with a quick reply. I had some challenges with being over 100 plus miles away from his dealer, I asked for more detailed photos and some clarification on quality of the vehicle, Robert was nice enough to text me additional pictures and gave me the additional info I needed. We also discussed my options from financing and other options he was always transparent and gave me what the best option was for me (Very honest). Hard to find a dealer that was very open and honest, I felt extremely confident that Robert would do right by his customers as he has done for me. “This store is the best. Such a good mix of vintage and new. I always seem to find something for myself and my husband when shopping here. Whether it be fragrance, bags, wallets, jewelry, clothing, hats, baby clothing, or funky vintage home decor.. always something. Even body products. (I've literally purchased all of the above from here) It's pretty cool that this modest space holds so many gems. (sure beats dealing with a big, generic department store) It's my go-to for gifts and my go-to for the occasional treat (or two) for myself. Oh, and as a lover of greeting cards, their selection always has me laughing. Total fan.”

I didn't know that was an option. I hated the L bar. It kept flipping all over. The piercer explained everything before she did it. She was fast. I love my new flat back jewelry.
