“Its by far one of the cleanest, safest mobile home parks you could imagine. Management has the unusual ability to keep this place running smoothly without being obtrusive. Giving Privacy and respect while somehow keeping things neat, nice, clean and quite. I'm visiting with a friend for a little while and am almost right across from manager so I get to see firsthand how things are done and not just as a mobile home park but for a neighborhood and community this one gets 5 stars.”

“Lawrence Welk Resort is my second favorite place to go (the first being Disneyland). There is much to do. The staff is super friendly and accomodating. The grounds are gorgeous. The many recreation centers and pools each have their own unique and specific features. There is something to do for everyone here, even just relaxing and doing nothing.”
