Susan, the owner, is super responsive and answered all of my questions and got me signed up, even with my nontraditional hours. The sitter took pictures of my kitties and sent them to me, setting my mind at ease during my vacation. The portal and app are easy to use, which makes scheduling and payments easy. In fact, when I scheduled my Christmas trip, I immediately scheduled BeLoved to take care of my kitties again because I knew they'd be in good hands. I haven't traveled as much as I'd like to because of worrying about my pets' well-being, but that's not going to be a future problem unless they go out of business.
