She explained the importance of doing everything in steps & that the results would not happen right away. She was extremely careful & knew exactly how to achieve my goal. Now at my 5th visit my hair still feels healthy & I’m loving the color! And, it’s an extra bonus that she has this loving, positive, funny, and sparkling personality.
