LA Pilates

I absolutely love LA Pilates in Carlsbad ♥️
Not only do I feel amazing- all stretchy, endorphined up, & zen-ed out, but I have lost so many inches in my waist since starting & my arms & glutes be on fleek… noticable difference, growth, & not that it matters but compliments galore. If that wasnt enough good stuff its also all about the community of gals & a few guys that really make this studio shine as well as there amazing staff, owners, & instructors. i am honored to be a member & have multiple times told my beatie favorite instructor just how much she improves my life & makes me a better version of Kristina ♥️

I have been coming to LA Pilates for over a year now, and not only do the workouts kick your butt (in the best way possible) but the instructors are wonderful, and Brooke is so warm and welcoming. I love that it’s a family feeling when you walk through the door, and when class is over you’re going to walk out feeling amazing!

Chris’ reformer class was amazing! I LOVED it! We worked out every muscle and my body was so sore. I had never taken a Pilates class on a reformer but she made me feel comfortable. She was very detailed in instructions, kind and fun. Everyone at the gym seemed to love her too. Too bad I was visiting from out of state otherwise I would’ve signed up because of her!
