“I absolutely love these classes! I recommend this to anyone who wants to be more flexible, happier, healthier, less stressed, or just overall better. I came here because I was looking for a place where I could become calm and regain strength. I have suffered from back pain and also had my body rather depleted after a negative reaction from a commonly prescribed antibiotic. This place helped me regain power over my mind and body once again. I've never had such personal growth at any other class I've been to. Perhaps a momentary glimpse at my own strength, but it seems my efforts here have been far more rewarding than other classes I've done in the past.
