“Great golf course in Rancho Santa Fe............Offers a challenging but fun layout but requires a lot of target golf. The course was in great shape and the pace of play was awesome as we never really had anyone in front or behind us. The first 9 holes didn't offer that many memorable holes but the back 9 had more than it's share. The staff was extremely friendly and very personable. Our caddie was nice, knew the landing locations but wasn't a great reader of putts. Outside of that, it was a great time .”

“Has most everything. Pretty nice throughout. Pool is a little small but functional and good for tanning. Lots of tennis courts for those with that type of membership. Golf course looks nice but I've never played it.”

“The Villas at Rancho Valencia are very spacious and comfortable. The entire resort has top notch service and great amenities. The Villas have their own dedicated pool area and clubhouse (separate from the main resort pool or the spa pool, which Villa guests can also use). Great for families or slightly larger groups as the Villas are 3 bedroom and 3.5 bathroom each. Nice, functional kitchens. Great BBQs on the back patio along with in-ground hot tubs. Everyone is so friendly and the grounds are beautifully maintained. Definitely a top notch experience. We were staying at a fancy hotel in downtown San Diego and felt it was lacking in a handful of ways. We decided to try the Villas at Rancho Valencia and are so glad we did. Have been multiple times since and are always excited to return! We don’t even considering looking or staying elsewhere.”
