Quaint park that sits atop two canyons.Seems well maintained,Tenants have use of clubhouse,swimming pool, jacuzzi,and laundry.I know someone who lives here,and they are pleased with the location and freeway access close at hand.also a good central location to USD,Clairemont,Mesa College,Kearny Mesa as well as fashion and Mission valley and friars rd shopping ,South on 163 takes you to Hillcrest,Northpark,Balboa Park Petco Park,the Gaslamp district Downtown and harbor attractions. so you can choose from many San DIego destinations from this central local.
