“What can I say about Geeks Candy Shop.....This is the best place in San Diego to pick up surplus/used Computers, Tablets, and parts!!!!! The customer service is outstanding and they bend over backwards to take care of you. I went in looking to build a home NAS and we decided on an older Dell Power Edge tower machine. We loaded it up with additional ram, hard drives, and an ssd boot drive. They tested and fought with it to get make sure everything was detected in the bios (the whole process took about 1.5 hours) and I went home with my new to me machine. Unfortunately when I got home and tried installing Truenas Core it kept hanging up during the install process (I even tried using Unraid and still no luck). The next day I gave them a call and was told to bring it back in. I got there a little after 4pm (they close at 5pm) and we proceeded to look for another machine that would fit my needs. After trying out a few options we ended up putting together a custom setup out of the parts they had in stock. They stayed open 40 minutes late to make sure I was taken care of and even gave me a discount on the upgrades. If you are in need of an affordable PC, Tablet, or just need to grab some parts to build or upgrade your existing computer......Geeks Candy Shop is the best place in town to go!!!!!!!”

We have had buyers remorse over furniture in the past but we value our sleep and are grown up enough to want a top of the line mattress at this point in our our lives. So we decided to shop around a bit but still found nothing that compared. I continued to search for options and came across Mattress Makers. I loved that they have been family owned and operated for decades. I also loved the natural and sustainable materials they use. We were excited to check out their showroom and I am so happy we did! We purchased our top of the line sleep Cadillac and have been enjoying it for a couple weeks now. What changed our minds away from our initial choice to our Mattress Maker’s mattress: -Organic, sustainable materials with little or no off gassing -The mattress cover unzips so at any time we can change out the latex layer. “Stopped in today. Don't go by the photos posted, I'm assuming this shop moved in the last year. No real signage on the warehouse. However, the customer service was top notch, took the time to ask who was getting the board (for our 9 year old daughter, her first board). Asked her weight and tailored the bushings to her weight so she'd be able to turn it and actually get into skating. Selected a board that he felt best fit for her first board, with soft enough wheels for her to be able to learn on, but also a little tail for her to start learning tricks if she would like to. Replaced the stock bushings with a softer one for the first time, young skater. Explained to us that a normal trick board would have hard wheels and hard bushings which could have a negative learning experience. Gave us their cyber Monday sale price, and said come back if there are any issues. Suggested to bring her to the park in RPQ when she gets comfortable. We'll definitely reccomend.”
