“We are glad we chose CM of SD for our home remodel (two bedrooms and a bathroom). Rich and Natascha were great communicators and it was evident they actually cared about us and our home. When we researched them one of their prior clients used the word "integrity" to describe CM of SD and we would do the same. This was one of several phases of our whole home remodel and earlier we'd used a big design build firm. While they got the job done (at a very high price) the experience was stressful and lousy.
