“Team Touche is a great place for my son who has been fencing for 2 years!! He is a competitive Epee fencer, and is 11th in the nation at Y14 level. Great coaches here, Coach Alex, Tedd, Raul, Ernesto and Ben who is always coaching him at the club or at the competitions. The coaches here dedicates lot of time to every fencer and sets them up for success. Head Coach Tedd is very receptive to our comments and strives to make continuous improvements in the club along with coach Joanne. If you want to have fun or be competitive fencer, Team Touche is the place to be!!”

“This is a great place with wonderful people helping you stay fit. It might not be too much for me to say that it's been life changing for me. I do gym classes with Paulina twice every week, and it's helped me reduce weight and keep it off. You'll make friends with athletic people who'll help you get into healthy habits. And it's fun! They have lots of different equipments and a large space. Come to a 6AM class and you'll feel refreshed for the rest of the day. Fit Societe is partnered with Rehab United, where you also have a great team of physiotherapists, trainers, massage therapists. I worked with Becca to resolve my back and shoulder pain issues and I has an effective and lasting recovery. She's teamed up with professionals like Brian G, Davon, Katie, Kealoha. The office staff are really helpful. They also have Fitness Challenges from time to time to drive up activity to help you achieve short term goals for weight loss and lean mass building. I was quite amazed at what I could accomplish in such a challenge and won top place with lots of healthy and relaxing rewards! It's really close to my Sorrento Valley workplace so an early morning or evening workout works out great! Come join us!”
