“We were visiting from out of town and staying at the Santee Lakes RV campground. On the way to San Diego we had a blowout on our car hauler trailer. Didn’t want to head back to AZ without a spare so stopped in at 5:00pm to get a new tire. Jeremy helped us - same person who answered the phone and said to come on down. He was so very nice. Told him no rush - put us at the end of the line as we were in town for a few days. We could come back the following day. Went across the street to Starbucks. As I was leaving the Starbucks, got a text the tire was ready. Same amount of time to make a drink as it was to get a new tire. Amazing. This is the same level of service we get at our local store in Surprise, AZ. Clearly the culture at Discount Tire is what separates them from the rest. Service is always amazing and the folks helping are always so pleasant and customer focused. Amazing job Discount Tire and thanks Jeremy for taking care of us.”

“This is my second time having my car serviced at this new location. The customer service is top notch. I recently purchased a new(ish) car and I went there due to my brakes squeaking and I thought I needed new brake pads. The service departing said my brakes were fine and told me approximately when I would need to get new ones installed. I also went in for an oil change since I wasn’t sure when the car had been serviced prior to my purchase. They also assured me that my filters were fine and when I’d probably need to have them replaced. I never feel like auto repair stores are honest, but two times in a row, I left this location feeling good about my car and about the service I received. Thank you!!!!!”

“My windshield was hit by a rock and within seconds started cracking. I pulled off the freeway for window repair nearby. Raclin auto glass popped up first. I called and was told to meet Chad the repair tech who was just right down the street! He fixed my window in minutes! Super nice guy it was nice chatting with him! Unfortunately my insurance doesn’t cover windshields otherwise it would have been free! I was happy from them from beginning to end! Easy, fast, and friendly! Five stars from me!!!!”

“Outstanding experience, if one can even call it that. Pulled up, guy greeted me as i got out, asked if I'd been there before, and asked what I'd like. I told him and then gave him my keys. I walked into the waiting area and the same guy gave me the price of $88 for royal purple synthetic and a royal purple filter. Pricing the 5 qts of oil and the same filter on Amazon is $60. I sat down and pulled out my phone, looked up and saw one guy under the hood, one guy cleaning the windows and vacuuming the interior, and another guy underneath. About 10 minutes later they said i was done and said because it was my first time they were giving me a $5 discount. So they basically charged me the same price for the oil and filter that i can immediately find on amazon and then $23 for the labor which includes checking tire pressure, hoses, etc., refilling fluids if necessary, a quick vacuum, and windows washed. And it was barely a blip on my radar as far as how long i was there. Then the guy ringing me up educated me a little bit on my car with a smile and a handshake to finish the job. Will be posting this review on Yelp, also. Outstanding.”
