“These guys are the best there is. While I lived in Santee, they were called several times often in the middle of the night. At night on Memorial Day a few years ago, they were called again. I went into cardiac arrest. I was told they performed CPR all the way to the hospital. I spent nearly two months in the hospital, but I;m alive today thanks to this exceptional group of men. “Hands down the BEST company!!! The response time and customer service was over the top! Our AC broke in our house and it was vital to have it repaired ASAP. We have a baby with an auto-immune disease that has horrendous skin breakouts when he sweats at night, if it gets too hot in his room. Therefore, it’s vital that we control the temperature in our house at all times. I explained this urgency to the ever so compassionate woman who answered the phone and she had someone out to me the same day! The technician who came over was just at empathetic and kind and went above and beyond to call the company from our house to have the part delivered over night! I was literally in tears, because he genuinely cared about the well being of my baby. The very next day he was back at our house with the part, completed the repairs in under 30 minutes and was on his way.
