Asher is fantastic. I was hesitant at first because his prices are higher than I'm used to paying for physical therapy or massage, but I was putting him in the wrong category with that thinking. He did, in literal minutes, what months of physical therapy could not. While massage feels good, it did very little in the way of repairing injuries I had. Asher on the other hand needed very little explaining or prompting. I told him my elbow had been hurting. He did some extremely painful poking for about 5 minutes and 80% of the pain was gone. It is incredible how quickly he is able to find the spots in the muscle that are messed up and how quickly he can make those spots stop being messed up. I highly recommend Asher. Don't waste your time with months of physical therapists and massage therapists and YouTube videos and chiropractors. Visit Asher first. It will save you so much time and money in the long run.
I’m a bodybuilder and I had a sever nerve impediment and a muscle tightness that I couldn’t sleep function or focus from the unbearable pain. I went to Asher and in the first session of 40 mins I felt 50% better the pain and the tingling in my fingers got way less and I could lightly workout again and after the 2nd session I felt a lot more better and he completely worked on the origin/route of the never and followed the nerve all the way to my finger to release the tension and now I feel only 1 or 2 more visits and I will be back to fully function with no limitation or pain. In my opinion through my sport’s career as a professional water polo player and bodybuilder he is a true professional sports nerve injury healer. I’m thankful that I found him. Highly recommend.
HIGHLY recommend this place. I am so thrilled to have found Asher Sports Therapy. I had shoulder surgery 2 months ago for frozen shoulder, severe bursitis and went to physical therapy elsewhere 4 days a week, 32 visits and had no results. My shoulder pain was getting worse and had hardly any improvement in mobility. A friend recommended Mr. ASHER and in 1 visit I gained more mobility then I have in 32 sessions elsewhere and the pain at night decreased by 30%. He works the shoulder the whole time rather than the 7 minutes i got elsewhere where i did exercises on my own the rest of the hour. Mr. Asher is superb in his knowledge of anatomy and his mannerism is exceptional. I just had my 2nd visit and am finally on my way to recovery. I am so grateful to have found him and will send everyone here in full confidence they are in the very best hands! It doesn't get any better.
I have coached the Women’s Tennis Team at the University of Southern California for 10 years and the work he did with some of my players who helped my team reach #1 NCAA and some professional tennis players was top notch. He not only solved existing problems but he foresaw potential issues and provided a sensible plan to prevent future injuries. Great personality, easy going, great listener, family man, neat guy. Highly recommend!
I had some serious tennis elbow before coming in to see Asher. He knows the body very well and got my arm/elbow back in shape real quick. The Facility is modern , clean and very spacious. I will defiantly be using him again in the future!
