“Food was great! Visited for the 1st time, recommended by a friend. It was busy but we were willing to wait. A line forms from the cooking counter back toward the door. We were a few people back so we were nearly next to the register where there were 2 women looking for something to do in between customers approaching to pay. There is a sign that says you must pay 1st but we weren't sure if that means order your food and then pay before you pickup. The women that work there, about 6 feet away from the line could make themselves more useful by asking customers in line to go ahead and pay before ordering since turns out that's what the sign means. Other than that, overall good experience. Would probably go back.”

The teller helped not only get a temporary card but took the time to show me how to access it on Apple Pay until my new one arrived In the mail. He even got me with a banker and helped me changed my password. I do agree that the lines can be long, people need to remember that B of A also does the EDD card. And many people are still unemployed from the pandemic. That is why all Bank of Americas have long lines today not just this branch. I think this is a solid branch.”

“This was my first time stopping in here. I really only needed to use their Western Union branch service. I was greeted with fast, friendly and efficient service. Even though the customer representative didn't know exactly the information I was requesting, he kindly instructed and directed me to someone who did. So I was able to find out what I needed in regards to sending money to the Virgin Islands and also the rates that apply to that transaction. It was honestly more than I was willing to pay; so I ended up NOT using the service. But that's to no fault of the bank, I wasn't using them directly; just Western Union. So this was my first time banking here and it seemed pretty good to me; I would recommend going here for the ability to wire money through Western Union if you didn't want to use their online service.”
