“Serviced: 2003 Mercedes-Benz SL500 Roadster For the 2nd time, John, Derek and Jake have exceeded my expectations with the customer service, professional assessment of problems and timely repair...all without hassle and with precise communication back to me about what was happening. This was, I thought, a simple LOF and rear brake pad replacement. Come to find out, someone prior to my ownership of the car, installed the wrong rear rotors causing the shoe, pad and holders to slip out of place. This caused friction and smoke upon braking. The reason I know this, is because John explained the situation very clearly and I still got the car in about 24hrs, even with special ordering the new rotors. All of this for a fraction of what the dealer would have charged. I can 100% recommend this shop for your auto service needs, foreign or domestic. John and his team truly go above and beyond. 5-Stars!”

I brought my boat to them 2 weeks before the 4th of July weekend and I can’t believe they were able to do an entire engine swap, with new helm, hydraulic steering, new ignition and throttle controls, in 8 business days. When I picked up the boat Kyle was very informative about the work that was done to the boat, and because he knew I was a new boater he went the extra mile and filled me in on how to properly operate the boat to not have any problems. “I came in and they gave me an Out The Door quote on the cars I wanted within 15 minutes. With only 5 or so numbers in it. If you have bought a car at a new dealer recently that is the best review you can hear. almost everywhere else they wanted to run my credit, talk about payments and extras! Here they gave me a price!!! It wasn’t the final price, maybe I could have done better elsewhere with time but it was a real number with no confusion! THEY DID NOT WASTE MY TIME! When we settled on a price and I came back and bought the car I wanted it was 30$ cheaper than quoted. That’s not much for a car I know but when does anyone ever come in under quote? Fred, Ian and Rich all helped me over the weekend I took to make up my mind! They ALL knew more about the cars than me and that was not true at most other dealers I visited. Most other cars I mentioned I’d driven that day they did not have horrible things to say. That shows confidence in THEY’RE product. If you have ANY interest in a Mazda go there first if you value your time! If you don’t have any interest in a Mazda go there, maybe Fred, Ian or Rich can change your mind! -Matt”
