He does not do frivolous work or make recommendations that financially don't make sense. I had a bad experience with a woman named Day, at Big O Tire, in Carlsbad, earlier that morning. Day quoted me $40-$100 max for the service I needed, then told me it was $180 once my car was apart. She never forewarned me there would be a $30 charge regardless. When I argued the $30 charge, she threatened to report me for non-payment. When I asked to whom, she said, “You’ll have to find out.” This is after I had just spent roughly $500 on parts and labor with them just the week before. Day was rude and miserable. Luckily the owner was cool and told me I could just go. So glad I went to Carlsbad Collision Center. Turned my day around.”
