“Had a coupon for 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and a coffee. Their coffeemaker wasn't working, so I was asked if I wanted a substitute. I said sure just give me a diet coke. When I got to window they wanted to charge extra for soda. Told her it isn't my fault the coffee maker is broke, and was told would have to pay extra for soda or pay coupon cost and not get coffee. No common sense.”

“When I found out I needed a cpap machine after a sleep study etc they called and set the day & date when they would come and drop it off and they did. The guy was very nice, but after using the mask that came with my machine it was uncomfortable I couldn't sleep etc, I shared with my mother in law that's a respiratory therapist and she recommended I call the cpap supplier (⬆️these ppl) and ask for nose pillows I did that on Monday 6/14/21 and they asked if I could pick up or have it delivered, I said delivered works best. So she said tomrw Tuesday it'd be delivered and that I'd get a call like last time to let me know time frame. I never got anything so before they closed I called them and the girl that answers was like snotty and she goes well I guess they mailed it. So that's frustrating but it could be alot worse. I did though receive the correct stuff new not opened today 6/16/21 so I definitely got it within the 2-3 days I was told so thank you! Everything else doesn't matter, I got what I needed what they promised so I'm happy and did edit the review because no need to be extra or super negative if I got everything I needed! Thank you”
