Western Drug Medical Supply

When I found out I needed a cpap machine after a sleep study etc they called and set the day & date when they would come and drop it off and they did. The guy was very nice, but after using the mask that came with my machine it was uncomfortable I couldn't sleep etc, I shared with my mother in law that's a respiratory therapist and she recommended I call the cpap supplier (⬆️these ppl) and ask for nose pillows I did that on Monday 6/14/21 and they asked if I could pick up or have it delivered, I said delivered works best. So she said tomrw Tuesday it'd be delivered and that I'd get a call like last time to let me know time frame. I never got anything so before they closed I called them and the girl that answers was like snotty and she goes well I guess they mailed it. So that's frustrating but it could be alot worse. I did though receive the correct stuff new not opened today 6/16/21 so I definitely got it within the 2-3 days I was told so thank you! Everything else doesn't matter, I got what I needed what they promised so I'm happy and did edit the review because no need to be extra or super negative if I got everything I needed! Thank you
