“I've been polishing some parts for my Jaguar, intake, rims and other odds and ends. I couldn't find what I wanted at Harbor or Lowes so I tried industrial paint supplies and they didn't have it either but I asked if they knew anywhere to get the sanding and polishing disc's I wanted and he referred me to Hixco. When I called the guy that answered was very friendly and said he only carried one that I may want to try. So, I went down to the store. First things first, It's wholesale only..............But I walked in and looked around and found other things I could use. The older gentlemen at the counter was the guy I already talked too. When I asked if he had a catalogue for 3M he said sure and gave me a brand new one. Now I'm hoping he doesn't ask for my company name and ID. He never asked just rang me up and I was on my way with the comfortable feeling knowing I can order anything out of the catalogue no problem. I've saved a bunch of time having the right disc's plus the fact that Hixco is only a couple of miles from my pad. lol”

He not only helped me find the product I was looking for but he got the ladder got it down for me and actually walked me to customer service to help me return the product I got by mistake the day before. “I took my mom in on Wednesday for her appointment and the staff in the lab is very sweet and comforting. My mom doesn’t like needles much but the petite Hispanic( I can’t remember her name but had really good hair and hair clip )in the lab made it quick and my mom said she barely felt the pinch because of her keeping conversation and comforting and distracting her from what was going on. Very attentive and understanding”
