(January 14, 2019, 12:19 pm)9 months in at FIT and still loving it! Definitely seeing progress and feeling stronger. My 17 yr old, soccer player, daughter and I have individual sessions with Nate - he is great! Tracks our progress and knows how to push us to the next level. My husband continues to participate in the CrossFit classes - their class schedule works out perfectly for him. On holiday from college, our 19 yr old, water polo player, son has been working out with Jimmy to stay fit and get a head start on Spring weight training. We love FIT!

(August 1, 2018, 11:22 pm)I have never had a personal trainer before and was a bit nervous about it. Nate has been fantastic in challenging me without overdoing it. I enjoy the sessions more than I expected and can feel the difference in how fit I feel.
