“It's a great place to take a quick stroll. Quiet and peaceful. We could hear different types of birds and the sound of the water streaming down a small creek. We visited in the morning and walked all around the small park for about 30 minutes, stopping to take pictures and take in the beauty of the place. The park is nestled in the center of a nice neighborhood and so you must use street parking and walk in.”

“Shireen designed my backyard and turned it into a great outdoor living space for my family. Before she starts her design, she spoke with everyone in my household, even my little one, to understand their preference. When the backyard is done, everyone is very happy about it. In addition, she has deep knowledge of plants and what work well in this area. One of my requirements is water conservation, and this is achieved without sacrificing the esthetic aspect of the project. We are very pleased with her work and would highly recommend her.”

“Perfect for trail run but parking is horrible. I park a mile away and run from there to avoid the frustration of not getting a parking spot. I actually like that better, because I can add a total of 2 miles on my run. It is a really lovely place to run; we usually run on Woods Trail, Umumhum, Santa Teresa, and Quicksiver. This is one of my of my favorite runs when I can do it :) There are plenty of trails so it's easy to decide if you want a long one or a short one, tough or easy. There are also nice restroom facilities which is a plus as not all Open Space Reserves have restroom facilities. If you haven't checked it out, do it, you won't be disappointed. I gave it a 4 star because of the parking issue...”

“Wonderful views on a clear day. Nothing much on the top. Hikers could hike to the peak via Black Mountain Trail from San Rancho or Rhus Ridge or from Monte Bello. Summer days would bring you above the clouds to give some wonderful experience.”
