Hand stretched noodles with Good flavor and huge portions. We have to visit at least once of a month!

(March 31, 2024, 7:29 pm)So happy that we found this place! These Chinese northwestern noodles were amazing! I tried their Big Plate Lamb, and it was so delicious. The lamb was so tender and flavorful, with a great lamb smell. The soup was thick and had this perfect mix of sour, spicy, and sweet tastes. I loved the potato cubes in there—they were so soft and just melted in your mouth. And the noodles were fantastic too—soft yet chewy, and they soaked up all that delicious soup. It felt like I was back in China enjoying the real deal. Thanks to the restaurant for bringing such tasty, high-quality noodles here! I'll definitely be back for more.
