“1st of all I wanna say I went to the 4th dealer 1st to driwe're 1st to try to get my problem taken care of, I didn't get Very good customer service there. So the next morning I went to big O tires checked out my concern and I was right right I not only needed a battery but I needed an alignment and Balance for my tires.. Unfortunately I had to wai had to wait 3 hours for it to be completed that's why I took a star away lol. But I got to wait in their huge waiting room with A TV thank you big O tires for taking care of me”
