Dr. Morgan-Roth is very knowledgeable and skilled with facial care/enhancements for those of us that want to age gracefully. ;) His assistances were great at keeping up with the high pace, high energy physician. Kudos to his staff, you all are amazing at what you do assisting him. The front office staff that answers the phone's really needs coaching on their professional skills, leaving a customer on hold for 35 minutes without so much acknowledging them is completely unprofessional and then expecting the customer to keep calling back(4 times) to reiterate the same request is not acceptable. Billing staff was great at following through as well, I know you are behind the scenes but you deserve acknowledgement for taking care of your customers. All in all great experience and love what I had done.”
