“I've tried many reformer studios and I finally found a good one! Core Studio has great instructors, they mix up the moves each class to make it their own which helps keep it from getting boring. The class goes quick, the results are AMAZING (especially for the glutes and abs. These classes help target those muscles that sometimes get missed during regular workouts!) and the music is very upbeat making the workout a fast and fun one! I'd recommend.”

“To be quite blunt, this academy has it all. From the exponentially friendly staff, to the coaches, who are not afraid of going the extra mile to make sure you grasp the inner workings of tennis. Not to mention the One Stop Pro Shop, where I managed to purchase tennis shoes, a racket, and have my tennis racket restrung. All of this orchestrated by an amazing team of coaches lead by Kim Grant, who played, and then coached on the Pro Tour.”
