They field my questions and give sensible answers on how to keep my vehicles running well. “So upon meeting the shop owner Robert he had just hired a new upholstery guy named Oz. I believe in honesty therefore I’m very happy with Ozs work he does have a very good hand in it and wants to get it done right but have to admit time management is difficult because he is so slammed with work although making a custom RAV4 soft top is challenging because they don’t make them anymore on his behalf. Also communication is key. They did my new top the racks on top my brakes my brake lines pads and tires and I’ve also been offered a paint job at a reasonable price , that’s next!! thank you both for your patience and understanding !!! From the moment I inquired about a motorcycle being available, to when I had questions, to when I went in and test rode the 1st time Amy and her staff have been absolutely fantastic. This place is a family run and operated dealership. They have ties to all the brands that they sell and they're knowledgeable about the bikes that are on their floor. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave they are going to treat you as a customer should be treated with respect and kindness and they're gonna pay attention to you and make sure that you feel comfortable with everything that you're doing and you're not gonna be forced into any decisions. Upon buying my bike from them they took me around and introduced me to all their staff so I was comfortable with who was there, who was going to be expected to be there, and who can help me. Then when I had my 1st small issue, They immediately reassured me that it would be handled or they would even replace my motorcycle to make sure that I had the best experience possible. I'm 38 now and I have had multiple vehicles from multiple dealerships and I really can't rave enough about how amazing they treat their customers in comparison to all the other dealerships that I've been to in the Bay area. I highly recommend if they have a brand or bike that you're looking to buy, you get it from them.”
