“I'm very happy with the care that my daughter is receiving at Bright Horizons. She's excited to go to daycare every day and when I pick her up she's happy. I've tried another center based daycare before this one and each day my daughter didn't want to go and she would be crying when I picked her up. There were a couple of other issues with that daycare too, which is why we switched to Bright Horizons. We're much happier now.”

“Finally a non membership play place for the younger kids! So many places seem more catered to minimum 3 & up but Duck Pond is perfect for my almost 14-month-old. There is one large indoor area with many mini play rooms which helps to disperse the crowd. The play rooms are varied with costumes, a reading room, play kitchen etc. Something for everyone. I think I even saw a foosball table in the room labeled "Theater". There's a huge outdoor space as well (shoes required for outside so don't forget baby shoes). I love that they have themed days to change it up. We went on Sensory Day but I'm planning to go on one of the Summer water days because it sounds so fun! I'm excited to see what events they have during the holidays. There's a very nice nursing room and a cafe inside as well as a small designated area for babies 12 months & under. Only thing that kept it from being 5 stars for me is the business hours. I would like to enjoy the play place longer but my son's current nap only lets us stay for at most 1.5 hours if we get there right at opening. I'd love if they were open later into the afternoon or even a wee bit earlier but I understand the hours can't be perfect for everyone.”
