“We had a two bedroom margarita suite. Furnishings were nice and kitchen, washer, dryer all worked well. Room was a bit dusty but overall clean. Lots of great places to eat around here. Found a great activity for kids every day of the week we were there, all within 15-20 min drive. Pools are amazing (one of the pools under construction at the moment) and nicely heated to swim comfortably in 50 degree weather. Staff are all friendly, from security to front desk to activity staff. Can't say much about housekeeping since we didn't get housekeeping services during our stay. We stayed during Christmas week and there were daily activities such as crafts, bingo, socials, etc.”

“I have never been impressed by a hotel until I got to this hotel. It was amazing customer service, really beautiful hotel. My room was super clean, and it was beautiful !!! The sheets of the bed were super comfortable. I was surprised that there were good TV shows, usually when I go to a hotel they have restrictions. When me and my fiancé were going to leave at 4AM, the receptionist treated us super respectful and gave us a packed breakfast to go. I felt really good about this hotel and for sures I’ll consider coming back here”

“This is a mobile home park. I do not live here. I cannot answer questions about the park itself. The park has a community room where I go for a knitting meet-up weekly. This review is only about the community room. A resident of the park must reserve the room and must be present when guests are using the room. The room is spacious, with good lighting. There is a small kitchen attached where we can make lunch. There are plenty of parking spaces very close to the room. The management office adjoins the community room. The staff is friendly and polite. It has been very pleasant to hold our meet-up at Monterey Oaks.”

“Excellent customer service. I am staying here for 10 days for biz. On the first day, a different breakfast was given. The hotel was so apologetic and unilaterally offered a complimentary dinner to make up. They are really concerned about customer satisfaction. Not many hotels will unilaterally do that. Service staff is courteous, service is prompt. I am now into my third day and am enjoying the hotel thoroughly. Plus, their rates are really affordable and their location is so convenient, just by the freeway. Thank you, Wyndham Garden San Jose Silicon Valley. Keep up the great work. I love you. “Even though once you find yourself on the same looping circle that circles the other encircling circles of circling circles it never is a thought what a dump. Not once ib my hundred times going round trying to find my escape did I once think I didnt like the place. Its very well kept along with highly maintained and acually parking a plus. i hate not being able to visit people because th complex or development didnt take into consideration people might have friends and family. And its a pretty nice place.”

“I moved in here about 5 weeks ago and couldn't be happier. I have found Richard, the Manager, to be very responsive and informative. The neighbors are friendly and caring. My home is really comfortable and well designed. Since this park has been around since the 1970's, there are some who have moved or passed away, leaving it possible for more individuals to enjoy this over 55 community.”

“Love this place. They do have coffee in the lounge in the AM. Nice outside seating. Restaurant is only for breakfast. Dinner us outside or in the lounge. Good food. Rooms nice. Place used for events such as wedding and wedding parties so if your are in a room in that wing, might suggest you have them put you somewhere else, party folks can get loud.”
