“Great place to learn pilates. I did the try out class and loved it so, continue to take classes. The instructor is nice and passionate. Great for postnatal exercise ! Now it has been 4months that I am doing pilates. I feel healthier and my body is much more relaxed. I suffered from cervical neck pain but I feel like it is healing little by little. The instructor is attentive to your body condition and explains well how the exercise is good for the specific muscles.
