It was nice to not have to worry about a ride home after a long international trip. Their car is clean and very impressive. The driver was friendly and helpful, he was impeccably dressed, courteous, and efficient. There was cold water waiting. My In-Laws are well into their 80's and for many years has needed a lot of care in getting in and out of cars. And, a lot of patience as he moves around in his walker. “Super honest, friendly, helpful local mechanic: highly recommended! I was in the area visiting family and my car started making an odd noise when I set out for the road trip back. After other places refused to see me and a frustrating bait-and switch from the local dealership, I called this place and I'm so glad I did! He said to bring it right in and he could take a quick look at it to tell me if it was safe to drive. After a quick diagnosis, where he explained what potential issues he was able to rule out and why, he found the source- the previous shop that worked on my car didn't secure my undercarriage properly and the wind was picking it up and making it thud on the pavement. He bolted it back on and got me back on the road in no time. I can't thank him enough for helping him to get home safely!”

“BMI Fitness is a great gym. Really low-key and casual which I love. There is none of this crowded high-stress feeling that I get from other gyms. And everything is CLEAN. There is water, fresh fruit, small snacks, towels and the bathrooms are stocked with the items you might need and have forgotten to bring with you. I love Amy’s spin concert class. I have been taking spin classes in the area for the last decade and her classes are really good! I also started personal training with David and he’s fantastic. I have a goal on what I want to accomplish in 2018 and he’s definitely going to help me get there. He’s also the type of trainer who pays attention and has pointed out some things to me to help me with getting stronger. I love this because I’ve had personal trainers before who are focused on making me sweat, but I was doing the exercise incorrectly.”

Minus 1-star because having a buffet style meal after fasting for 16 hours needs more organization. The lines were so long and we are all just waiting to eat. The workouts are well thought out, targeting different areas each session. His Boot Camps are just as fun. With COVID-19, my wife & I have signed up for his virtual workout sessions.
