“We are so lucky to have found Ms. Betty. We have been sending our two boys here for four years now starting when they are 8 and 3 months old. Ms. Betty does such a great job taking care of the children. My younger son is very prone to diaper rash. He develops a rash almost every weekend, but he never gets a diaper rash during the weekdays when he is with Ms.Betty. I am amazed how clean and tidy she keeps the daycare, and because of her effort, she was able to keep the daycare open the entire time during COVID. Ms. Betty's cooking is great. I love the delicious and hearty smell coming out of her kitchen every morning. The kids eat so well there. Ms. Betty offers an amazing program. The kids do a lot of fun crafts and their reading and maths are more advanced than most kids their age. She also teaches them good manners and how to express their feelings and resolve conflicts. Most importantly, Ms. Betty loves children from the bottom of her heart. She treats the children like her own and treats the parents like family. We don't have family nearby, so when I went to delivery my younger son, my older one stays with her for a couple days. When my older son started preschool, he does not like the lunch I made for him, and when I told Ms. Betty, my son misses her food she offered to packed him lunch everyday. She adjusted her whole morning routine just so she can get the lunch ready for him every morning. Ms. Betty also knitted three really cute hats for my younger son when he was born. There are countless things like this and I can see that she does not treat the daycare as a job, rather she does what she do because she really loves spending time nurturing and caring for the children. And the kids feel the love and thrive there. They have a bright smile everyday when I pick them up and are always eager to go to the daycare in the morning. We had a detour with my older son. We transferred him to a bilingual preschool when he was three because we wanted him to have more opportunity to use Mandarin. He was never happy there and always asked to come back to Ms. Betty's even one year after the transfer. Eventually we came back and within days we can see him becoming happier and more outgoing. This detour showed me how other daycare operates and made me appreciate Ms. Betty even more. Not only is Ms. Betty great. She has a very high standard for the teachers that work for her, and we just have so much peace of mind knowing our kids are in such great hands.”

“We had our shingle roof replaced by Lifetime Roofing & Renovations recently due to leakage on rainy days. We have three bidders for the job and the Lifetime was not the least expensive but the project manager Michael B was willing to be flexible and gave us a discount that matched another bidder who was recommended by our friends. The reason we chose Lifetime is because Michael is very responsive, courteous, and highly professional. He gave us a presentation that included a detailed account of the process and material involved. He was a roofer before and that's probably why he's so knowledgeable and confident about the control of the project timeline and being able to work around our budget. The shingle we chose was Corning which was considered a high-end product in the category. The warranty is for 50 years which gives us peace of mind if anything goes wrong. When the work started the process went quite smoothly and they monitored the weather conditions every day. After demolition, they covered the house when there was a forecast of rain. When the work was completed, I went up to walk through the entire roof and found it was a commendable job with every little detail being taken care of. We think Lifetime has done a good job on our roof and especially thank Michael for being friendly, responsive, and willing to go the extra mileage to take care of our mentality by providing a decent job.”
