This is not a hardcore yoga or exercise routine, it is meant to be fun and adaptable for all fitness levels. I was at the end of recovering from a surgery and really appreciated that it was a relaxed environment where you could just play with goats or take photos. The hosts were friendly and informative, and the goats were a bundle of fun!
