“The sunroof was stuck and had a little air escape. On bumps the roof rattled and at freeway speed the noise getting inside was very loud. I was looking a someone to just close the roof to resolve the problem. I found Spiderglass online and contacted Raymond the owner, he responded to my text & online form. After the initial diagnosis he assured me that he could fix the issue. To my delight he fixed the motor and now the roof opens & closes. Raymond works with passion and did a great job. See the pictures if you are facing any sunroof issues don't waste your time searching or going to others. Reach out to Raymond and be patient - he will respond. After picking up my car, I listened to the squeaking sound while breaking, but I hadn't heard the sound again. Today my husband took the car in for a long drive, but he didn't hear the squeaking sounds anymore. I am pleased with the overall service from Envision Toyota of Milpitas. I am satisfied with the service given by the service consultant Purval and the technician who was able to fix the issue with my car. I will give them 5 stars. Just wish they wash my car. Lol.”

Good thing he did since it was a more serious issue with my radiator. I brought my car back to him a week later and he fixed that issue quickly! I was able to pick my car up earlier than expected! “I should have just overridden my insurance company and come here first. Another place took the car apart and THEN told me it would be a month before they could fix it. I’d had a great experience at another Fix Auto location, so I called Fix Auto South San Jose and explained the problem. They said that they weren’t sure exactly how long it would take — probably two weeks to get everything— but they definitely wouldn’t take a month to even start! I had the car towed to Fix Auto and Francisco just made all the problems go away. Still took a week and a bit because of parts, but but they called around and sourced them so I could get the car back early. We made the call to not replace one part: the only one available in the continental US was in Michigan, and would take another week or more to arrive. Francisco kept me informed, laid out the tradeoffs, and made everything go as fast as possible. If you need body work, just go here and save yourself a lot of stress!”

“My car was hit and had my door, fender, wheel, and side camera damaged on my Model 3. I contacted finish line collision for repairs through insurance and Miguel was of great help throughout the process from drop off to delivery of the vehicle. I've seen their work first hand on my friends cars and through social media so I knew the quality will be great. Sure enough- I was not disappointed! They did great with the repairs and repaint. The paint match was amazing and the paint job was even better than factory (Tesla problems). They were even able to repair mv wheel after manv wheel repair companies turned down the work due to engraving of the wheel. They finished off the job after cutting and buffing with an interior and exterior detail. I could not be happier with the results and process of the repairs.
