The lady at the front desk helped me get through to people dealing with PFL issue on the phone and I was finally able to speak with someone that have access to my case, and said it will be taken care of. “Great place. The only con is the wait time which can range from 10 - 20 minutes as they appear to be understaffed so be sure to reserve a day where you have enough time to go. As well as reserve the phone calls only for quick questions since further inquiries would count as actual sit-down services and they can only do so much over the phone. The service itself is excellent! The two young women are bilingual, knowledgeable, great at explaining and breaking down things clearly which is perfect for those with first-time car ownership. And it is affordable! Recommended.”

“We have been a member for 2yrs and we love it. The family atmosphere and excellent amenities. Oh, but the plus is their swimming instructors. We chose coach Allison and both of my kids took to here immediately. Now both my kids are able to swim on their own. The facility has a big fridge and grills that I am able to make l lunch while the kids swim. A n excellent alternative to packed places like Great Americas Southbay shores. If you get a chance to join, do not hesitate to do it.”

“Spent 33 years here. Great place to live in be sure you get the north or higher side of the park have had a part flooding of the lower area every ten years or so. If told to go by PD/FD.AND YOU ARE BY GOLF COURSE. LEAVE AT ONCE. In thirty mins you will need assit as creek overflow will rise fast. Upper part of the park may be the best in San Jose.”
