“Tammy offers free initial consultations -- I had many questions and concerns as I had never had any facial treatments done (other than an occasional facial). I found her to be inviting, warm, friendly and very patient as she listened to my questions, concerns and goals. She then addressed each and every need, question and concern I had providing a wealth of knowledge and detailed explanations as well as offering several different options to achieve my goal(s) and address my skin care needs. I felt immediately comfortable in her presence, felt heard and understood and have now gone for two out of four treatments. Tammy explains each step of the way, and is a nurturing and calming presence as she does her magic. Her salon is inviting, calming, peaceful and an elegantly simple oasis. “The pizza is outstanding, but I also love how untouched by time this restaurant is! It's a very nostalgic place to be - whether this was the pizza parlor that you grew up with, or just reminds you of the one in your hometown. I highly recommend a visit! We ordered a supreme pizza and it was delicious - especially the crust! I loved that sporting events were on the TVs, but also local sports teams on plaques throughout the restaurant.”

“Been coming here with my parents since I was a kid , now my wife and I enjoy coming here for date nights, but it’s been probably ten years since Ive been here for lunch on a week day. Gotta say : amazing! The staff rocks as always, super nice and professional and within minutes of sitting on the patio, one of the ladies who works here brought my dog a bowl of water! Strong work. The food is great as always, you will never leave hungry. Their salsa is one of my favorites of all time. Yes we will be back many many many many more times for decades to come, keep up the good work!”

“After suffering a sprained ankle that never fully healed (1.5 years) and a bad case of plantar fisciitis (6 months) in my other foot I reluctantly agreed to PT-- a full hour drive from my home. It was very evident after my first meeting with Hayden Block I had come to the right place. Hayden carefully considered my situation and to my surprise diagnosed my problem due to extremely stiff ankles (no movement) and the way I walked being the root of the problem. The real trick was to help me understand how I can support my healing by understanding my movement and of course implementing stretches and strength exercises. Hayden's anatomy knowledge is so impressive along with his ability to clearly communicate the solutions which i could fully grasp and implement into my daily life. Over the course of 12 appointments, Hayden along with Gillian & Annie, patiently watched my PT routines fine tuning each movement with great insight so I could do them correctly on my own. They did not simply treat my symptoms but got down right away to the main cause of the problem. I am so very grateful to Hayden, Annie and Gillian for their amazing work and attitudes. I am now 85% better and continue to improve day by day under their great care and guidance. I cannot thank you enough. Keep up your important work!”
