My favorite place in Capitola. Down by the Sea. With so much to do and see! From great local Mexico food from El Toro Bravo. Drinks at the Britt. Or the night life at Zelda’s to playing pool at The Bay Bar. Fun place to learn to surf with rentals from the Capitola beach company. The beauty and the friendliest people
This place is beautiful! Lots of cute shops ! lots of places to eat and very close to the beach!
Beautiful place to spend a quiet morning. Plenty of surfers to watch, birds to admire, and solitude to ponder. Parking is 3 hours max.
The best park with iconic views. Stunning area for pictures and a great way to have fun in the sun. Family friendly beach with a great south swell surf spot. Be ready for long waiting time for parking and access.
Small, cute place to walk around. A bit crowded and if you walk to the very end it smells of sewage which doesn't seem to stop people from playing in the water. Despite that it's a beautiful area to explore. No dogs allowed on the beach just fyi.

Parking difficult meters , $4.50 for 3 hrs. Its not really a park. Its a small strip of grass between the beach and a bar where the only close place to park is either a $20 flat rate or for two hours in a side street space thats rarely available but people will camp like vultures waiting and blocking the traffic flow.
